The vegan breakfast bowl, loaded with roasted sweet potato, avocado, quinoa, and a tahini drizzle, proved the kitchen can serve health-conscious plates without losing the comfort-food DNA. The housemade cake donuts, available in rotating flavors, are the sleeper hit: dense, cakey, and lightly glazed, the kind you grab on the way out and eat in the car.
