Sullivan's Steakhouse

Local team review
The tableside Caesar salad, built from scratch right in front of us — anchovy pounded into garlic, egg yolk emulsified, Parmigiano shaved fresh — was theater that actually tasted better than the standard version. It set the tone for a meal where everything felt deliberately crafted. The bone-in ribeye's peppercorn crust and au poivre butter created a richness that bordered on excessive in the best possible way. When the jazz trio starts playing on a Saturday evening and the mahogany bar is glowing, this downtown corner feels like it belongs in a much bigger city.
About the Restaurant
Sullivan's occupies the kind of corner every downtown wishes it had: white tablecloths, a mahogany bar that hums with live jazz on weekends, and a wine list deep enough to get lost in. The kitchen runs on USDA Prime beef and does it justice: thick-cut bone-in ribeyes with a char that crackles, lobster tails that arrive still sizzling. This is where Naperville closes deals and celebrates milestones, and the staff treats both occasions with equal polish.
Insider Tip
Request a booth in the back dining room for the most intimate experience, and don't skip the tableside Caesar.
