The seafood scallion pancake, crispy-edged and loaded with shrimp and squid, shattered when we cut into it, revealing a tender, eggy interior. The bibimbap, served in a proper stone pot that continued to crisp the rice at the bottom throughout the meal, was a textbook version: colorful, balanced, and deeply satisfying.
