The deviled eggs arrived first, and they set the tone for everything that followed: traditional filling elevated with Kona coffee-glazed bacon and a drizzle of maple syrup that turned a bar snack into something worth talking about. The dry-aged Delmonico ribeye, thick-cut and carrying that concentrated, almost nutty flavor that only proper aging achieves, was seared to a mahogany crust that shattered against the tender interior. Between courses, the bartender sent over a smoked Old Fashioned that arrived under a glass cloche trailing wisps of applewood. From the same team behind VAI's, Entourage has quickly become Naperville's answer to the upscale American grill, a place where the cocktail program competes for attention with the steak menu and both win. The dining room hums with a confident energy that earned it back-to-back Best New Restaurant honors in 2024 and 2025.
