The Baby Back Ribs arrived fall-off-the-bone tender, lacquered in a sweet and tangy house BBQ sauce that had enough vinegar backbone to avoid cloying sweetness. We paired them with the Bottoms Up Burger, a stacked creation of applewood bacon, melted cheddar, crispy onion, and BBQ sauce on a brioche bun that required two hands and zero apologies. The Philly Cheesesteak held its own too, with properly shaved steak and melted provolone on a French roll that stayed crisp throughout the meal. The dining room is casual and loud on game nights, with TVs covering every angle and a loyal crowd that takes its Bears and Blackhawks seriously.
