Billy Bricks Wood Fired Pizza

Billy Bricks has been perfecting wood-fired pizza in Naperville since 2005, and the brick ovens at the Freedom Drive location still produce some of the most consistent pies in the western suburbs. We ordered the Classic Margherita, a twelve-inch round of hand-crushed Alta Cucina tomato sauce, fresh mozzarella, and basil with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil. The crust arrived with leopard-spotted char marks and a chewy center that bent without cracking. The Honey Love pizza brought a different energy: pepperoni, fresh mozzarella, oregano, and a drizzle of hot honey that played sweet heat against the salty meat in a combination that works better than it should. The menu spans three pizza styles: Neapolitan, Bari ultra-thin, and New Haven, each baked to order in the signature brick ovens. The Artichoke and Spinach Dip made a solid starter, served warm with wood-fired bread bites that arrive with smoky edges. This is a family-owned operation that treats its craft with genuine care.
